Refund policy

Returns

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
